Total fitness refers to a person's emotional, spiritual, social,
mental, nutritional, medical and physical wellbeing. It’s therefore
important that we endeavour to address each of these areas of our
lives in order to achieve a positive wellbeing and equilibrium in
mind, body and spirit.

Our physical fitness programme should also be well balanced and so we need to incorporate variety in our training. This can be achieved if we include mobility, flexibility, cardiovascular exercise and resistance training.
I truly believe that in order to achieve the best results and to obtain the maximum amount of enjoyment from your fitness programme, it is best to attack your body from as many different angles as possible.
